- [Interviewer] Let's go ahead and start up RSMeans Online. You have to open your browser. I'm using Google Chrome. I have a shortcut for it here, or you can type it into the address bar. This opens up the first homepage. There's a spot over here where I can log in. My email address and password are already saved. And I'm logged in to the program. You see right away that there's some parameters I can set here. I'm gonna go in under Cost Data. This is gonna show me what I subscribe to, the different types of cost data. For now, I'm just gonna select Commercial Construction, Building Construction. But there's a whole variety of different possible cost data sets that I can subscribe to and use. The type of data, whether I'm looking for units or assemblies. This particular cost data set only has units. The Labor Type, Open Shop or Union. The Location for the Cost Data. We're talk more about this later, but I'm gonna leave it for Daytona Beach. Master Format, I'm using 2016, but for now…
