- [Instructor] If your account gives you access to the exercise files for this course, you can download those from the Exercise Files tab. In this course I've provided two Excel spreadsheets. One is a blank template that you can use to create your own list of submittal items, and the other one is that same template with a list of submittal items already entered. And this is what I'll be using to show you how the plan grid submittals process works. Now when I demonstrate the Automatic Submittal Log feature, I will be using a project specification book that's not included as an exercise file, so you can either just follow along in that video or you can use your own project specifications to try it out. If your account doesn't provide access to the exercise files or you're watching on a mobile device, that's okay, too. You can just follow along as I demonstrate each process.
