- Long time viewers of The Practicing Photographer know that I spend most of my falls at The Oklahoma Fall Arts Institute, an extraordinary multidisciplinary workshop program held in a beautiful state park in southwestern Oklahoma. So I come here every year, and I get to work with great faculty members. And this time I'm working with photographer Elizabeth Greenberg. Elizabeth, you said something in class the other day that I think was just fantastic. I don't want to give it away, so I'm going to let you say it. I'm talking about the thing where you mention the word of and the word about. - (laughs) Right. Yeah, Spending many years teaching and looking at photographs and developing my own work, I've realized that for me pictures are either of things or about things. In the best case, they're both.
