- [Instructor] There's some real advantages to switching to this digital workflow and replacing our old paper and manual processes. So, if you'll notice this, we've progressed through this submittals workflow. We generated a submittal log, we created all of our items, we moved an item completely through from creation to submittal to review and then we published it and throughout that process, I have not created one single transmittal letter or cover letter, I haven't had to go back into a log to enter these events because the system has done all of that for me. It's not that these things aren't happening, it's that I'm not having to do them manually. The system's handling it for me and as long as I know how, I can get all that information out and use it when I need to in meetings or to verify that things were done when they were supposed to be done, so let's take a look at how to get some of this information out.
