- This week on the Practicing Photographer, I am continuing my discussion of sets, set building and making a found set work. And this week we're talking about the kind of final thing that makes it all work quick and really sell a set and that is lighting. I am here with Jefferson Henson. Jefferson, you lit this set. - I did. - And you did a fantastic job. - Thank you. - I want to talk about what you did here. So the set was built and it was finished, and then they just kind of left it alone. It was up to you to light it. And I believe you were saying your first decision was kind of a broader decision about time of day. - It was. So I had a discussion with the director Jacob, and the first time I lit it it was a little bit more moodier.
