[Upbeat Music] - Arvo means afternoon in Australian slang. I spent four years in Australia and really learnt a lot about the coffee industry there. Met my wife there, and really fell in love with cafe culture as a whole. I wanted to open up my own place, it was solid in my heart, I just didn't know how I was gonna get there. The afternoon is just the best part of the day, from sunshine to a lot of coffee. They don't say afternoon there, they say arvo. The service industry is all around people. When someone walks through the door, I want them to feel valuable. - Not just like an exchange of giving someone their drink, but we really talk to them and see how their day's going. - It's an opportunity to create a memory here. I think that really is the foundation of building your business. You have to have good people.
