- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton, and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. I'm using Outlook right now, and one of my favorite features that I feel like is highly underutilized is conditional formatting. What conditional formatting does is looks at the context of what's in the view in the inbox and chances the font properties accordingly. You can change the font properties if an incoming text matches a certain word or if a email is from a certain person. The possibilities are endless. You can really have fun playing around with what works for you and coming up with a color scheme or a font scheme to help you process your emails quickly or just visually look at them and see what's going on. I'm going to show you with my two favorite examples. The first example is for people who manage somebody else's inbox or calendar, mainly calendar invitations.
