- [Oliver] Welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. I'm all of Oliver Shankton. And this week, I want to show you the power of screen capture tools and how they can make you more productive and efficient. Now communication in the workplace, in schools and everyday life has changed a lot. A lot of our communication is done online, which is often more convenient, but is it as effective? I want to suggest a way to improve your online communication, whether sending emails, texts, a blog post, whatever, and that is by using screen capture tools. Here's an example of an email that I wrote asking a question, and it's not a very good one. It says, "Hello, Maren. "I'm having problems accessing my files on Google drive. "When I click on the button to create a new document sheet "or file, it creates a new document, "that's already shared with people "who I don't want to share it with."
