Copy and duplicate photos for editing
- [Instructor] Let's take a look at ways that you can use the Copy and Duplicate options in iOS 14 for editing your images. We'll start off with the Copy option. To access this, go into the Share screen, and then scroll up and you'll see Copy Photo at the top of the menu. I'll choose that. Copy will copy the image and temporarily place it in the copy buffer area for the iOS device. This is similar to the concept of the clipboard on a laptop or a desktop computer. The reason that this is useful is that some apps let you open an image by copying it, and then pasting it into the app. So let's go and check that out. I'm going to open up Snapseed, and I'll tap there to open up a photo. And if you copy the file as I just did, you'll see an option to paste the image into the app. So I'll choose that, and there it is.
