- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. This week I'm going to show you how to use the Microsoft email signature gallery which is a Word document containing templates that you can use for nice signature files. They contain images and social media links and I'm going to show you how you can insert those and set them as your default email signature. I'll be doing it in Outlook but the steps should be transferable to other email programs. So we'll start by getting the template. And you can follow this link in your browser, though the easiest way by far to find it is to use your favorite search engine and search for Microsoft email signature gallery. It's going to take you right to this page. From here I'll click download, and you can either choose to save it to your computer but I'll choose Open because it's just a Word document.
