- [Jess] Voting buttons in Outlook are a fun and easy way to get quick feedback without having to create complex forms or do any tabulation yourself. To create a voting button, create a new email and address it, and then create the email as normal. I'll send this one to myself also. Okay, I'll just create a quick body of the email. Alright, I can put bullets on this so that everybody can clearly see what the options are. And after the email is created, click Options, Use Voting Buttons. Outlook gives you some default choices, but I'm going to click Custom. I'm going to remove these by clicking the Delete key. And I can type in my own choices, as long as I separate them with a semicolon. I'll click Close. And now I'll send it. Let's take a look at this email. This is what the users are going to see. I've told everyone what the choices are, and Outlook says Click Here to Vote. I'll click, and here's where I can cast my vote. I'll click on it, and I get the choice to send the response…
