Crop, rotate, and straighten photos
- [Instructor] The Photos app offers a range of very useful tools and options for editing your images. In this chapter, we'll take a look at some of the many ways that you can use these features to improve and enhance your photos. To open the editing features just choose an image that you want to work with and then tap edit in the upper right. Immediately under the image are 16 tools that apply different adjustments to the photo. We'll take a look at these in more detail throughout this chapter. First, we'll take a look at the tools for cropping and straightening your photo. I'll tap on the Crop and Rotation button down near the bottom of the screen. When you enter the Crop tool for some photos it will display an Auto button at the top of the screen as we see here. This will only appear if the image might benefit from an automatic rotation correction to level a tilted shot. In iOS 13, this auto correction was applied…
