- I am Garrick Chow and welcome again to Monday Productivity Pointers. I'm joined today by my colleague Nick Brazzi. Hi Nick, - Hi. - And we're here with a zoom call already in progress. So as I'm recording this, many of us have been several months now into working from home. And if you're one of these people you've probably spent a fair amount of time in video conferencing apps, like zoom having meetings. And as you know, most video conferencing apps have an area where you can see yourself on screen. And this is how you can check your appearance and make sure you're framed up properly and so on. But if you're like me, you've probably found that you spend a fair amount of time in meetings just checking up on your own appearance to see how you look to the other people in the conference. So my tip for this week is if your app allows it, try disabling your own self view in your video conferencing app. Now this…
