- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton and welcome to this week's Monday Productivity Pointers. Google Forms is such a great way to get an input method onto a website. Google Forms allows you to create surveys, anything that requires input from a user and you can embed that onto a website. It's free to use for anybody that has a Google account. That form can then be embedded onto any website that allows embedded HTML, such as an iframe. It doesn't have to only be put on a Google site or emailed to people. For example, here's my WordPress blog. This is the blank page waiting for the survey and if I go to the blog entry page, here it is. It's waiting for input. All we have to do is go to Google and create our form. You can get to Google Forms by either going to drive.google.com after logging in, going to Google Drive, clicking New, hovering your mouse over More, Google Forms, you can hover your mouse over the arrow and either create a blank one or from a template.
