- [Instructor] My name is Jess Stretton and welcome to Monday productivity pointers. This week, I'm going to give you some methods you can instantly use to make sure your iPhone or iPad's Outlook app is notifying you in all the right ways for you. For example, maybe you're not getting the notifications that you're expecting or maybe you're getting too many and you'd like to fine tune them. There's a few things that you can check. The first place I want to check is general iOS settings. For example, if I swipe down to the control center in the top right hand side of the screen if you're not getting notifications check to make sure the do not disturb icon that is the moon is selected. This is going to stop all notifications on the device. Now, if you do want time to notifications let's go into settings. I can tap, do not disturb, and I could schedule it.
