How to use biometric authentication in iOS using Swift

- Allowing someones fingerprint or face to access their phone or other devices not only prevents the wrong people from signing in, but also makes it easier for the owner. Using Touch ID or Face ID makes a person the key. This is what biometric authentication is all about. Your fingerprint and face turn your body into the passcode. They're unique, and they're always with you. I'm Bear Cahill Head Binary Sequencer at Brainwash Inc, and in this course we'll look at how iOS Apps can tap into the built in functionality to use biometric authentication. We'll use the local authentication framework to request user authentication through Touch ID, Face ID, or their passcode. This can be a great starting point for your app, or an awesome addition to one. At the end of this course, you'll have the key to turning people into passcodes.
