Live Photos: Trim and set the Key Photo
- [Narrator] As we saw in the chapter on using the camera app, the live photos feature records three seconds of video and audio and displays a still image from right in the middle of that duration. Let's check out some of the edits that we can apply to live photos. So here's a live photo of a small pond next to some railroad tracks and it's very similar to the black and white live photo that we just saw, where I tossed a small pebble into the water to create some ripples. I'm going to tap on the edit button up in the upper right corner and let's see what sort of changes we can make. All of the edits that work with regular photos can also be applied to live photos, including cropping the image, if you want to. So for this photo, I'm going to tap on the magic wand, just to apply an auto enhancement, and I'm going to come down and fine tune some of these adjustments that it applied.
