Quickly shrink content to one page in Word

- [Garrick] Hi, I'm Garrick Chow and welcome again to Monday Productivity Pointers. At some point or another, you've probably been in a situation like this when working on a relatively short document in Microsoft Word, where you have just a couple of lines of text flowing onto the second page and you want to fit everything onto one page. Now you could start playing around with font sizes, line spacing, and margin widths, which is ideally what you should do to maintain the most control over the look of your document. But if you just need a quick fix, so you can get everything onto one page to print it out for yourself or others, you can use a special command to automatically shrink everything to fit. Come up to the quick access toolbar and click the arrow here and choose More Commands. Here make sure Quick Access Toolbar is selected.
