- [Instructor] In this week's Monday productivity pointers, I want to talk about any easy way to record a video of your iPhone or iPad screen. For years, there were solutions where you could connect your iPhone to a computer, and record the video of the screen there. But in iOS 11, Apple added a built-in feature you can use to record your screen directly on the device itself. The button to start recording does not appear anywhere until you go into settings to enable it. What we need to do is add that button to the control center. If you don't know about the control center, it's that panel that pops up when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Here, you have options for airplane mode, turning wifi and bluetooth on and off, controlling you music, and so on. But, lots of the buttons here are optional. The flashlight button, the timer, the calculator, those are optional buttons. And the button to record your screen is another optional button that we can add. So I want to close this…
