- [Instructor] Now, when it comes to sharing with something like Instagram, we need to go through a few various steps. Number one, if we go to the file menu, and under "Share", there are no options for Instagram. And, mostly, you're gonna be sharing your photos and video for Instagram on your mobile device, so we need to get it there. We're gonna go and choose "file" as our exporting option, and you should note that this is gonna create actually a larger file than that, that would be created from one of the social media presets that are available from the Share menu. The problem is with those, they force you to upload it to either YouTube or Vimeo, the ones that are available. Since we're going to Instagram, what we're gonna do is choose Arvo Insta and use this file format to choose whether we wanna export video and audio, choose from a variety of resolutions, I'll choose 720.
