- [Jess Stratton] My name is Jess Stratton. And welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. This week, I'm in PowerPoint. And I'm going to tell you about a tool that really should get more attention. It's called the Accessibility Checker. And it's a way to scan your presentation for suggestions and ways that you can make your presentation more accessible to people with disabilities. Such as, including alternate text on images. So that screen readers know what's on the screen. But it's so quick and easy to use. I'm going to show you in addition to how to make some of the suggested changes. To get started, change to the review tab. And here it is on the left. We'll select check accessibility. And from here I'll use check accessibility. It doesn't take long to run through this entire presentation and tell me errors and things that I can change. So it starts with actual errors.
