- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton and welcome to Monday Productivity Pointers. This week I'm going to talk about follow up flags and more specifically, how to access them quickly. Just a reminder, a follow up flag is this little flag that's been assigned to a particular email, task, or calendar entry. It can be an actionable item or maybe it's just an email you can't forget to reply to. For whatever reason you have for adding that follow up, you can do it by hovering your mouse over the email and selecting the red flag. Click once on it and the flag is set. To remove that flag hover your mouse over it again and place a check mark next to it. It's marked as read and now that check mark will stay by the email, reminding you that it's been done. So how do we quickly view our follow up flags? Right now, as you can see, they're kind of all over the place. You have a few options.
