- [Narrator] iCloud photos is a feature that will synchronize all of the images and videos from your iPhone to all of your other iOS devices, as well as the photos program on your computer. iCloud is really at the heart of the iOS photo experience and we've already seen some of this in action throughout this course. The images for my iPhone were also on my iPad and all of the albums that I'd created and work with on my iPhone were also present on the iPad. What I like most about iCloud photos is that it's a very easy and seamless way to automatically back up the images and videos from my iPhone and I don't have to think about it. It just happens. But there are lots of other advantages, too. The files are uploaded to iCloud in full resolution and the default setting is that data is only uploaded when you're connected to WiFi.
