- Hi, I'm Sean Duggan, and this week we're going to take a beyond the basics look at Snapseed by Google. Now, Snapseed is one of the most useful processing apps you can have on your mobile device, either your phone or your tablet. It's available for Android and iOS, and the best thing of all is that it's absolutely free. Well, actually, that's not even the best thing. The best thing is that it is such a useful editing app that offers you so many cool ways that you can apply basic essential edits to your picture as well as more creative and interpretive edits, and you can also process raw files in Snapseed. But the first thing I want to do is go over some of the basic gestural ways that you interface with the app, and then I'll get in and show you how you can apply edits to specific local areas of the picture.
