- Hello and welcome back to Mobile Photography Weekly, I'm Sean Duggan. You know, in a previous episode, we did a really fun road trip portrait with my friend Jacob standing out next to this old, derelict bus, but the lighting was really difficult. It was backlit, late in the afternoon, really harsh light. So what I did to get a better result in Camera is I photographed it with the Lightroom CC for mobile app and I shot it in HDR mode. The cool thing about Lightroom for mobile is that the HDR mode allows me to shoot a DNG file which is a raw format which just gives me a lot more tonal information in the file that I can then massage to my liking once I start processing it. Now we covered the HDR aspects of Lightroom for mobile in an episode a while back, but there's been a lot of new additions to the app so let's dive in and check it out.
