- Hey everybody Sean Duggan here. Welcome back to Mobile Photography Weekly. I'm here at the Onyx Theater in Nevada City, California, it's a really cool art house cinema with recently renovated, state-of-the-art digital projection and sound system, great comfy seats, it's wonderful place to take in a movie. And speaking of movies, the subject for this week's episode is setting up and shooting a cinemagraph. Now if you're not familiar with the term cinemagraph, you've probably seen them in your explorations on the internet. Basically it is a still photograph, but parts of the scene have motion in them. And the cinemagraphs that I find the most intriguing are ones where there's obvious motion in the scene that is frozen, but there's other areas of the scene where you can see that movement. So that's what we're going to set up here. We've got a shot set up with the popcorn maker and so we're going to have a customer getting a bag of popcorn and that part of the shot is going to be static…
